Very disappointing that they are treating frontline workers in this way during the pandemic...I have been taking random breaks in my day to try to get a hold of them but it's not working. They will not let me cancel via email. I fugured since I bought from them in previous years with no issues, that the same would happen now. I ordered 3 couches, that I have to drive 3 hours to go pick up because they do not ship to my city however even though two of them are currently in stock I was informed that I will not receive any of them until 2021 because one of the three is back ordered until then. Structube on College in Toronto is absolutely terrible! The warranty applies to manufacturing defects resulting from residential use only. They took a month time to respond and stating that they can allow me to return the product but refund will be issued only in the form of Structube credits for future purchase. No one did. The service is so unprofessional and the staff just doesn't seem to care. Worst assembly instructions. Nothing but lies and broken promises. I like their stuff. He specifically selected a desk, in a particular colour, that was shown to be in stock. They suggested I buy a different bed as they had problems with that bed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, SPECIALLY NOT ONLINE. If the item is not in the store or cannot enter your car please avoid Structube like a plague. Fast forward to now, the in stock dates have been pushed repeatedly, to now December 18th. I have not been able to cancel so I suppose they prefer to just ship the desk next year where my employee will have to tell the delivery guy to take a hike. But customer service is the worse. Bottom line Structube = Unstructured. Just looked at the website to see the date is now April 2021. I have purchased several items from Structube. I reminded them the table was assembled and now they are “checking” whether they can exchange it. 3 more weeks go by.. Oct 25th we call again and are told in 2 days it would be in and to expect a call... Great! I’m a small human, I cannot lift an entire box for the dresser. I received a call saying there was a mistake on the site and it isn't actually in stock and would be back in stock on October 24th. Structube immediately charged me for these products that are clearly far from being available, and are not assisting me at all. What is your warranty policy? I called back 2 weeks later, and someone named Namen told me it would be another 2-3 weeks! We ordered a coffee table for pick-up in person, and were told it would be ready by mid-end of October, so we went ahead and paid for it. My question was WHY it keeps getting pushed back. We don't have little kids that jump over them, we are mainly 2 adults and 2 teens, so how the sofa started to be like this that now we can barely sit on itWe think is important to make the company realized whatever quality control they are performing is not good, is a bad image for them and we are really dissapointed.We would like for you to file a claim for this purchase and please keep us updated on the status of it. By end of October, there was no coffee table and no call from anyone at Structube to explain why. We use the sofa only to watch TV. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.You may have consumer rights under applicable federal and or local law that supersede aspects of this warranty. Please do not use Structube- Canada deserves a better company! We assembled it and then noticed a dent in the side. I was afraid I would not receive my online order as some items were delayed/out of stock. We are currently experiencing a very large volume of calls and messages. Fast forward to mid September, no couches, no calls and no emails. I wish we had gone to another retailer to spend our money! I would never buy anything from this store ever again. Between poor customer service at the store and delivery, I will seek other retailer options. Cheap is cheap cant expect more. IMPORTANT UPDATE. The actual delivery men are amazing, polite and extremely good at their jobs. I have not seen this from any other company and I've worked in customer service! They could not have cared less about keeping us waiting, in the dark. Our products are not intended for commercial nor industrial use. We fall in love with its moder designs and finally when we moved to Vancouver we were able to buy a few pieces from them.Imagine our dissapointment when our sofa started to have these bumps in all three sections. The only area I wish they would improve design is in lighting. Terrible post-purchase Customer Support Structube has done an awful job at communicating with me regarding an order which was placed over a month ago. Only the latest review will count in the company's TrustScore. Approximately Jan 15th 2021. I am not going to try to cancel anymore. I asked if I could pick up the ones that are in stock and they disregarded my question twice and repeated “one of your items is back ordered until 2021.” So basically never order more than one thing at a time or they will take your money and not allow you to pick up items even though they’re in stock. We ordered a couch and we were told that it was on backorder so we waited. I ordered a dresser and nightstand on a Saturday, it said it was ready for pick up by Wednesday which is fantastic. To reiterate everyone else's sentiments - Structube is awful. During this wait, the new table was restocked and sold without even informing me after I waited for over 2 months for the new table which is why I am going for the floor model.
