We used this campground as a base to ride the Durbin Railroad (literally right at the campground's entrance; loved hearing and seeing the steam train run right from our campsite!) You can also ski in the White Mountain Ranger District, home to the incredible Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest as well as Bishop and Rock Creek Canyons. Our TT is 32 and fit ok, backing in was a little challenging and once leveled front to back, the trailer tongue was about 4ft off the ground, I used 3 - 6X6 blocks plus half the extension of our scissor jacks to get level, it was kinda hairy, but was solid. The roads are in need of repair, with numerous potholes, some very large, but the attendant did say that the park was on the CoEs list for repairs.
